I needed to swap out a bolt on my child's scooter, and Bold Cube was super fast to get back to me. They sent the new part without any cost. Really impressed with their customer service!

From the moment I placed my order to when it arrived, this company has been amazing. I got 2 scooters and 2 lights, but I ran into a hiccup when I paid too fast before adding the second light. This is the third time I've ordered from Boldcube. I got new scooters for my son and daughter as Christmas gifts, but sadly, they didn't show up. After I reached out to the team, they confirmed the order was lost and promptly fixed the issue. My items were shipped out the next day with DPD.

We got a box that was damaged, and since it was meant for Christmas, it was pretty annoying. I sent some pictures to boldcube, and their support was fantastic. I'm really pleased and would definitely suggest them.

Amazing support from the team. I ran into some issues while trying to place my order, but they responded super quickly and sorted it out. Then, there were some hiccups with the courier not updating the tracking info, but they stayed on it until my package arrived.

This scooter has a fantastic color and style. I wasn't keen on getting a pink one for my granddaughter, so the purple with decals turned out to be just right. Plus, it can be adjusted as she grows up. She's almost four now. Since it's a Christmas gift, I can't really say much about how it performs yet.

It's awesome that spare parts are on hand. I picked up a rear axle bolt since the old one had come loose and disappeared somewhere. Still, I reckon the axle's design could use some improvement to prevent this issue. A nyloc nut would be way less prone to loosening compared to a smaller screw with just a bit of thread locking compound. Tightening the screw enough without hindering the wheel rotation is tricky. Since it can't be fully secured, it depends entirely on that thread locking compound.

The inner and outer packaging were both in bad shape. The product itself was fine, but it looked like the parcel didn’t get the TLC it deserved. After I posted this review, I got top-notch customer service and was given some gifts as a way to make up for the damage.

I got my order on Friday but didn’t open it until Saturday. That’s when I noticed they sent the wrong scooter. I shot off an email and was surprised to get a response the same day; I thought I’d have to wait until Monday. The customer service was top-notch, no problems whatsoever. The scooter we did get looked incredible, and I’m eager to receive the one we actually ordered. I’d definitely order from this company again since the scooter’s quality was just right. Overall, I’m really pleased with my experience with Boldcubes.
